This policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even if they link to our Services, and you should consider the privacy practices of those third parties carefully.
Section 01
Grove may process wallet addresses, interface events, page interactions, and other technical usage data that are necessary to operate the product, improve reliability, and maintain security.
When you visit our websites or use our applications, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. Analytics and related performance tooling remain subject to the cookie consent controls presented within the application.
Section 02
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including to monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
We may use the information to communicate with you, including to respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
We use information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities, and to protect the rights and property of Grove and others.
Section 03
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information about you in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this policy:
We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. We may also share information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
We may share information if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Grove or others. We may also share information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
Section 04
When you interact with blockchain networks through our Services, certain transaction data (including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps) is recorded on public blockchains. This information is publicly accessible and immutable by nature of blockchain technology.
We do not control the blockchain networks and cannot delete or modify information that has been recorded on them. You should be aware that any information you provide through blockchain transactions may be permanently and publicly available.
Section 05
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need to use information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we cannot identify you.
Section 06
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and private keys. Grove does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them if lost.
Section 07
